Mentorship
Our Mentorship Program is designed to connect upperclassmen Aerospace Engineering mentors and underclassmen or junior mentees to foster growth and success in the Aerospace Engineering and General Engineering departments. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss a wide range of topics, including:

Strategies to land an Internship
Effective Study Habits
Information about Engineering Extracurriculars
Each month, we'll provide guidance on key topics aimed at boosting academic performance, enhancing professional development, and encouraging mentor-mentee bonding. The program features a point-based system, with top-performing pairs eligible for prizes at the end of the semester.
The Program Application Deadline is Friday, September 20th th at 11:59pm.

Requirements:
Mentors:
Must be a Junior, Senior, or Graduate level student
Must be an Aerospace Engineering major
Must have at least one on-campus engineering organization involvement or one internship experience.
Must complete the mentorship program application and be admitted to the program
Must commit to scheduling meetings with their paired mentee at least once a month.
Mentees:
Must be a Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior level students
Must be an Aerospace Engineering major. Freshmen applications must be an engineering major and have interest in pursuing an Aerospace Engineering major.
Must complete the mentorship program application and be admitted to the program
Must commit to scheduling meetings with their paired mentee at least once a month.
